1.想清楚為什麼吃

觀察自己在什麼時候特別會餓、吃了哪些食物、分量是多少？你會發現除了三餐，隨口也吃進不少餅乾、糖果和飲料。每一口要吃以前，多想想「非吃不可？」。

2.愛你所吃，吃你所愛

不必特意餓肚子，而是好好專注品嚐每一口。當吃一碗飯時，放慢進食速度，注意自己嚼了幾下才吞進去，舌尖接觸飯粒感覺是什麼，每一口的口感都相同嗎？用心體會食物的滋味，很容易就吃飽，分量不會像以前吃得那麼多。

3.水果來開胃

飯前吃水果，提高纖維攝取量，較容易有飽脹感，吃進的卡路里會跟著變少。

4.不流汗也有運動效果

祕訣在於把握機會多走路，提早一站下公車，多過幾個馬路買午餐，走路送孩子上學，多爬樓梯不坐電梯等等。一天最好走上30分鐘，不用一次走完，可以分次做，每次走個10分鐘。

1-練好基本功
從「走路」開始→熱身→有氧運動30～40分鐘→肌力訓練15～20分鐘→緩和舒展

2-設定目標
以瘦身為目標的人，可以有氧、肌力各一半（例如每星期各兩堂），
再搭配飲食控制，兩個月內約可瘦1～2公斤；想瘦3～5公斤，大概要四、五個月。

3-動作要精準、到位

4-小小改變，突破瓶頸

5-吃得少不如吃得巧
運動結束後約20分鐘內，大部份血液還在主要肌群及四肢，最好不要進食，以免消化不良，
但過後就可以正常進食，不需要刻意少吃或多吃。
很多人以為運動完要忍住不吃，才瘦得下來，
但這通常有兩個結果：血糖太低而昏倒，或下一餐吃更多。

在路上看見義大利音樂家來台演奏的消息
心裡就有種想要看的衝動
或許是因為小提琴 或許是因為四季
所以 即使低價位的票都銷售一空
我還是買了票 進去體驗這份感動啦

音樂家合奏團成立於1952年，由12名義大利籍的音樂家組成，
Violin, Viola, Cello, contrabass
以義大利巴洛克音樂為表演主軸，並以義大利文「音樂家」 (I MUSICI)作為團名

這次來台演奏 樂團攜帶都是義大利名琴
鑒定名琴的價格主要是依據製作者 年份 樂器情況 音色
其實我對名琴是一竅不通
反正我的目的是去享受
沉浸在以古董名琴詮釋巴洛克音樂的小小世界中


每個人有不同的感受
讓自己沉醉在古典樂的世界 是一種放鬆
而聆聽i musici 則是奢侈的享受
不要忘記今天的震撼與感動

諾貝爾奶凍

盼望了好久的奶凍捲，這個寒假我終於吃到啦！！！
很久以前就在網路上發現諾貝爾奶凍，可是一直沒機會吃到，
在決定放假要去宜蘭玩之後，我就偷偷的把諾貝爾奶凍列入行程中。

從羅東火車站直行不久就可以看到店面，一進店裡就看見桌上放著試吃品，以及滿滿的寫著奶凍捲的盒子，
(不知道裡面是空的還是有放產品)，
有一個店員正迅速的在補貨，另一個店員則是邊和客人說現在每種口味都有同時將大家要的產品放進袋中，
看見琳瑯滿目的口味真想每種買個一盒，可是因為它只能冰3天，所以我們只買了2盒來嘗試。



買的是他們的招牌-日式草莓奶凍 (150元) 和巧克力奶凍 (130元)。
在買的當晚因為去逛羅東夜市所以沒有吃，打開來嘗試已經是第二天下午，
先吃的是巧克力奶凍，巧克力蛋糕捲內夾著鮮奶油和一大塊的奶凍，



奶凍吃起來口感像奶酪，不會很甜，搭配綿密的巧克力蛋糕捲入口即化，
有愈吃愈想吃的衝動，吃到後來我甚至先吃奶酪，之後再單吃蛋糕捲呢！

日式草莓奶凍


日式草莓奶凍比較貴，但是因為夾了草莓，所以裡面的奶凍比較少 (大概是巧克力奶凍的1/2)，
草莓有點酸，但是這樣的搭配其實還蠻不錯的，酸中帶甜，
草莓奶凍捲比較適合蛋糕捲+鮮奶油+草莓+奶凍的組合，如果分開吃就比較沒有特色。

我還蠻喜歡奶凍卷的，如果不考慮價格，這是我喜愛的甜點，
還想再試試芒果奶凍和紅豆奶凍
不過它小小的一條 (不到 20cm) 要價 150元其實還蠻貴的，
有人說奕順軒的奶凍捲c/p值比較高，那就下次再試試吧^^

Cold stone 開很久了，但是因為聽說很甜，加上沒有適當的時機所以一直沒有去吃，
剛好這次因為在plaza購物得到了買一送一折價券，在拿到折價券後，當然就迫不及待的去吃囉~~
(plaza 和統一合作一項情人節活動，在2月14號前只要購物滿 200元，
再說出"plaza 給我愛情 麵包 加咖啡"就可以得到咖啡、麵包、冰淇淋買一送一折價券，全省限量3萬份喔)

 


我們選的是經典冰淇淋 ”signature creation”，也就是直接從 menu 中選，
如果不喜歡它的組合，想要自己選擇的人可以選自創冰淇淋，
自己挑一種喜歡的冰淇淋口味和一份配料，做成想要的冰淇淋。

選完口味後店員會問要什麼 size，它的種類和價錢如下 (自創/經典) ：
Like it (4oz) ----- ---$90/110
Love it (6oz) ---------$140/160
Gotta Have It (8 oz) --$190/210
如果想要買桶裝的話，也有16 oz 和 32 oz 可以選擇。

店員說一個人的份量是love it，不想吃太多的人其實選 like it 就夠了，想挑戰大份量的再選 Gotta have It 囉！
選完size後最後一個步驟就是選配料囉，已經搭配好的也可以自己加配料 (一份 $15)，
只要是當天門市有的配料都可以選，主要分成水果、糖果、堅果、醬料四大類。
如果想要用脆餅裝的人可以由原味/巧克力/彩虹米彩花脆餅中選擇一種，吃起來別有風味喔，
不想加錢的人就直接用杯裝吧！

這是我第一次吃cold stone，有很多想嘗試的口味，
在看menu時店員請我們試吃新口味的抹茶冰淇淋，並且告訴我們現在有春節限定新口味，限量賣完就沒有囉！
「限量」對我來說有莫名的吸引力，加上它搭配的是我愛的抹茶紅豆，所以我點了「春意盎然」，
內容物有：抹茶冰淇淋、紅豆、海綿蛋糕、(鮮奶油)。

抹茶冰淇淋吃起來有濃郁的抹茶味，原本以為許多甜的配料混合在一起會很甜，其實不太會，
不過我覺得如果單吃可能會太甜，搭配著紅豆顆粒和海綿蛋糕反而可以降低甜膩感，
如果真的覺得太甜的人可以配個開水，可以沖淡口中的甜膩感 
(我們在店裡面吃，吃到一半店員問我們要不要喝水，可能是他們也知道冰淇淋很甜吧~)

愛吃巧克力的人可以點巧克力系列，另一項點的是「愛戀巧克力」，
內容物有巧克力冰淇淋、粒粒黑巧克力、巧克力醬、布朗尼。
粒粒黑巧克力吃起來很有口感，不會很甜但是有點硬，
布朗尼比巧克力甜一點，可能是因為冰著所以吃起來比平常蛋糕的口感更硬一些，
如果喜歡吃軟綿綿冰淇淋的人可能會不喜歡這個需要”咬感”的冰淇淋。

這一次店員炒的挺快的，不知道如果請店員炒久一點口感會不會不一樣，
我們都有搭配原味脆餅，它和一般的脆餅不太一樣，單吃就很有咬感，
搭配冰淇淋吃又有不一樣的風味，冰淇淋混著脆餅讓吃法有另一種變化，很不錯也~

第一次cold stone 初體驗，我覺得還蠻不錯的，
在吃的時候一點也不覺得冷，我們吃完踏出店後反而覺得室外比較冷呢！
下次想要試試他們加了莓類的冰淇淋，酸酸甜甜的應該很不錯吧！！

人與人之間出現的溝通不良
往往是因為無法了解或是曲解對方意思所導致的結果
如果能夠真正用心去傾聽
那麼大家的相處會更愉快

參訪地點為日本東北大學以及赤十字秋田看護大學。

東北大學：在教師們與研究科科長會面後，便前往他們的實驗室和校園進行參觀。
原本擔心自己會聽不懂他們在說什麼，不過剛好他們實驗室裡有一位中國來的學生，所以就用中文向我們介紹啦！參觀的實驗室其研究主題為太赫茲波 (Terahertz-wave)，太赫茲波是指頻率在0.1 ～ 10THz (波長為3000 ～ 30 微米) 範圍內的電磁波。它在長波段與毫米波重合，在短波段與紅外線重合。
這方面的研究領域比較偏向物理，和營養的相關性好像比較小，不過此研究在生物化學的應用上是很具有意義的，因為生物大分子的振動和轉動頻率是位於太赫茲波段，而利用此特性在糧食選種、優良菌種選擇等農業和食品加工行業上有很大的應用性。
東北大學和想像中不太一樣，實驗空間並不大，不過可以看的出他們是麻雀雖小，但是五臟俱全。

赤十字秋田看護大學：學校的人們非常熱情的歡迎我們。除了在進入及離開學校時有列隊式的鼓掌歡迎之外，還有盛大的歡迎餐會，學生們唱他們的校歌，醫院的院長為我們進行口琴表演，讓我感到十分溫暖，甚至有點受寵若驚的感覺，日本人真的很用心。
這裡是很棒的地方，人很親切、環境很優美。雖然學校不大，不過相關的設備是應有盡有，若能在此學習應該也是不錯的，不過他們比較偏向護理或營養照護領域，若是想往其他營養領域發展的人可能就比較不適合。
